“Everything was up to expectations. Nice place to stay. Would stay again.”

“Overall the stay was fine for what I paid. My issue is that I was overchargered. I paid for my room through a third party site, then put down a card for the $50 incidental charge which I was told I would get back at check out. After checkout, I doubled checked my account and found that they charged me an additional $92. I went to the front desk, wasn't offered an explanation but was given a refund and a reciept. Checked my account again a few days later and that refund was no longer there. I……

“The Holiday Inn Express in Topeka was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful the breakfast buffet was hot and lots of choices the room was clean and everything was in working order I would stay there again”

“Everything was great except for when we got there Friday the 10th in the afternoon the short Hispanic lady was on the her phone speaking to friend or boyfriend cause when we stood in front of her she ignored us until my wife got her attention and you can tell while getting our room card she had a bad attitude look on her face cause we disturbed her cell phone moment. Everything else was great 👍”

“Swimming pool was closed during our stay. Part of the reason we chose this hotel was because of the pool so it was a letdown. We could have stayed at a motel for half the price and been just as comfortable.”

“One of the ladies at the front desk wasn’t so helpful, but it was a gentleman and also the manager there that were amazing and I really appreciate them only negative there was like a dirt stain on the sheets forgot to bring it to their attention. My overall, it was pretty good.”

“I just needed a simple place to stop and get some sleep, and this fit the bill. The registration staff were excellent—they were totally prepared for my arrival, and check-in was a breeze with zero issues. The bed was comfortable, and the AC was already cranking at a chilly 59 degrees when I walked in, which was great. A couple of minor things to note: there are no coffee makers in the rooms, and the corner shower felt a bit cramped. The parking lot could also use some better lighting. Overall,……

“Great breakfast. Tables cleaned when vacated. Staff was welcoming. Lots of parking Only knock is the shower had a bit of pink mold around the shampoo dispensers like it hadn’t been sanitized in a while. Enjoyed our stay.”

“The rooms were clean, which I appreciate. However, our toilet wouldn't flush easily. Also, I did find a bug on my bed the day of checkout, but lucky luckily it was just a silverfish... but a silverfish on the 4th floor. I would probably stay here again, though.”

“The room was large with efficient a c. Large bathroom and good quality toiletries. All staff very friendly and nothing too much trouble. Close to WALMART (10 minutes walk) and a lot of places to dine as menu in hotel limited (15mins walk) Good steakhouses also nearby.”
