“The is very courteous and friendly and very helpful in what ever situation one bump on the they are willing to listen and lend a hand.”

“The property is under renovation. The lobby and breakfast area are a bit noisy with the work. The breakfast area was lacking tables and chairs, the floor was concrete due to the cobstruction. The breakfast was still delicious, and the room was comfortable. But, had I known the property was under construction, I would have booked elsewhere. ”

“This is one of the nicest hotels in Topeka...Staff totally professional..it is clean! Has a bar and restaurant that serves from the bar area..Many arras that are open to watch TV or just play cards...the room we had on 1st floor had exceptionally high ceilings, really nice! The area is very accessible to event happenings. ”

“My room was in good shape. The remote did not work very well on the TV unless I stood right in front of it to change the channel. The building is close to the highway so there was alot of noise around the entire building. The area around the building was a little sketchy but I did not experience any issues during my stay. There was alot of activity in the hallways a couple of nights that did concern me but things settled down around midnight during the weekend.”

“We stay here frequently and have never had any complaint's until this recent stay. Our biggest issue was that the heat/air unit in our room was not working. And the breakfast is usually pretty good, only this time the food was all cold. Other than that, the staff is always friendly and the place is always clean. ”
