The young lady who checked us in realized we had our dog with us and provided a room that was on the ground floor and close to an exit. This made our stay a lot easier and we really appreciated it.

No signage to find the property entrance. Television remote didn’t work, called front desk 3 times for replacement, no answer. The tv was set on the Hyatt station to advertise their properties and how much they care about their customers. Not impressed, will not be returning.

The resort lures people with photos of their main/best part of the facility. But only special members have access to it, same for the best pool. The standard rooms were outdated and poorly renovated. Not worth the money. Also, the hotel is inside a park, so you must pay an extra $30 to get there. We only needed it to stay one night and get rested for the next day. This whole thing is a joke.

Beautiful pool, recently updated. Clean. Wish the the walls and were a little thicker cause you could here everything in the hallway. Great HOT continental breakfast with lots of options. But over all am awesome stay.
