As a family that has stayed here a few times, and enjoyed the stay, this was an odd site. Normally, we check in, we get keys, we go to the room. After talking to the front desk they said it would be about 20 minutes before we would get our room. Okay, not terrible, but we have a one year old, so not ideal. After waiting about half that time in the car we decide to go in, to our surprise not a single person had moved and in fact there were now more people waiting. We found out they were short staffed in the room service department.
