“The hotel is going through renovations so the lobby area was a little disorganized with building materials around and also in the parking lot. Room was fantastic and has been upgraded and well designed. No carpet a very big +. All the staff were very pleasant and professional. I would most definitely stay there again and recommend to others.”

“My credit card was charged despite prepaying. In reviewing the folio emailed to me after checkout, they charged taxes which were already paid and documented as such on my initial booking receipt. There were no incidentals charged to the room, just a billing error on their part. When I contacted the property to resolve the overpayment/double charge, I was told they had a new system and the issue would need to be escalated to the manager. “Room was clean which as the most important part. Front my desk was nice but the security lady was rude as hell, she was nasty with me because other people were being loud and had to close the bar early, so no one else was allowed to get a drink. Security guard lady was very unprofessional and mean.”

“I didn't even get to stay there and I told Expedia one of my money back because I got there early and they let me check in early and when the manager came in at 11:00 I got to straighten out with her but then that owner come in and she was super rude and at 9:00 when I come back from the grocery store she told me I couldn't get a room key and I needed to pay for another day and called the Topeka Police and the escorted me off the property Total disappointment still waiting on my refund from……

“Breakfast was less than average and very expensive for counter service. Don't call it granola if all you do is break up a commercial granola bar. Oatmeal was poorly cooked and unexplainably expensive. Shower, on the other hand, was outstanding, but hallway inside room is too narrow to bring the luggage cart in. Also lighting in bathroom and sleep area is very weak and not useful. ”

“Our room was great! However, the hot tub water was green with brown ring around tub! The room was clean and nice! But they definitely need to fix this place up! Front doors of hotel left open day and night! Needs a paint job badly and fixing up! The complimentary breakfast was not very good! Limited choices! We booked for hot tub, if we would have known it was in this shape would have went elsewhere, but we couldn’t get a refund for room! This is not up to a Marriott standard hotel!”
