“The staff that checked us in was amazing, very friendly & recommended a place to eat. Unfortunately the power went out in the middle of the night but didn't really affect us. The staff member that checked us out wasn't able to print me a receipt due to the internet being down & was going to email me a receipt which never happened. Over all I was happy with the stay & would stay again.”

“The motel staff received an e-mail for me and printed a document I need for the next day. She checked for me a few times even into the evening hours. The next morning a really nice breakfast was ready a little bit early so I could eat and be on my way. This same lady was there all night and did a wonderful job. The rooms were also comfortable and had the amenities I like. Thanks Quality Inn.”

“First room they gave me had a terrible, strong odor. I was told that an individual had been in the room all week with do not disturb sign. Why would they then give the room to another guest without taking care of the problem? Second room was worn…with cracked bathroom sink. Housekeeping failed to tidy the room - I had to change out my own towels. Very disappointing experience for the price point.”
