“Wonderful stay! Great room and very easy to access. The host is very accommodating. ”

“I contacted the host (through the app) when I arrived because the room was very cold. The A/C was on and there was no thermostat. Additionally, there is a large gap under the door that lead into the lobby of the home. I had to shove bags under it to try to create some kind of seal. I slept in my clothes because the room was so cold and there were no additional blankets. I never heard back from the host, so the next day I called. I left a message with an answering service. Someone texted me where……

“Great place to stay for both Coney Island and NYC. We were in to see a show and had such a great time! ”

“This place had a Play station, board games, and even a trampoline in the backyard. The water temp was hard to regulate and the room temp was very warm. Other than that the place was great! ”

“Comfortable and clean. Safe neighborhood. Includes a parking spot but was ticketed as an oversized vehicle. Mid sized SUV? Other than that would recommend staying at this property.”

“The host was great. Very accommodating, responsive and knowledgeable! The house was very clean. Smelled great soon as you open the door. Plenty of towels, and extra blankets. TVs were equipped with all the popular apps ready to use. We plan on coming back in the summer and will definitely check for availability here. Thank you for all your hospitality. My husband and kids enjoyed the stay! ”
