“Great location, also great atmosphere. My only constructive criticism would be to put a privacy screen in front of hot tub. There is probably privacy in the spring and summer from neighbors because of trees and bushes but around the fall there is zero privacy. Some people like myself like hot tubs in the fall season. Also the beds are too hard and stiff. Could not really get a good night's sleep. Besides those two things the place was phenomenal.”

The neighborhood was very quiet, but was within walking distance to downtown Matthews, which was such a cute vibrant little town. We would recommend this house and would certainly stay there again. ”

This property is very conveniently located right near Atrium Health Union West and it served as a wonderful place for us to come and go to the hospital as needed. Pet friendly home without any pet smells. Our fur baby was happy. The home has a lot of charm from the post WWII era but great modern upgrades. “The host was very responsive and had great communication throughout our stay. The home is gorgeous, in a quiet neighborhood, and had generally all of the amenities we needed (minus a sharp knife) including coffee k-cups and water. My only caution is that the second bedroom is only accessible by going through the first main bedroom, which can be quite awkward depending on who you're staying with. ”
