After a long day of travel, we checked in and found out that the pool and hot tub were closed for repairs and would be closed for our entire stay. In fact, it had been closed for some time, and they never mentioned it on their website or when we booked the room. Then, we got to our room only to find that we had no hot water. “A Very old property which needs to be refurbished. The Bathroom caulking is black and falling out, some was already missing in our room. We stayed 3 nights. We asked for maid service to our room each morning and never received it. We had to walk to the office to get fresh towels. The complete experience was Poor at best.”

“I called several times to inform the hotel that I would be there for my reservation but I would be late check in and then my flight was delayed so I called again to confirm I would still be there but around 2 am and they assured me several times that it was ok. The date on my room got changed so they sold my room so when I got there at 2am I had no room or place to sleep had to book a room for the night somewhere else at 2am that was extremely frustrating and were rude to me. Luckily Expedia……

“The hotel is in the good location that you can walk to shop or restaurant. The baseball stadium is like 5 mins walk and I enjoyed the baseball game during the staying. Front desk receptionists are friendly also provide the nice service.”
