“If I had to guess, this place isn't more than a year old. It was beautiful, spotless, and cozy. Plenty of room for three of us. They had no problem with my husband and son throwing the football around in the yard behind the unit for rent, which was much needed for a teenager after a long time in the car. It was off the beaten path, but close enough to everything to get to where we need to go quickly. Great communication. Only got to stay one night, but hope to stay again for our next tournament...

I personally stay in VRBO homes for the extra comfort and amenities that hotels don't usually provide, this place didn't provide ANYTHING, not a leftover coffee pod or Xtra q tip in the place, it is set up as if you are staying in a staged model home they are trying to sell you. “It is an amazing house with large areas for playing board games, lots of sleeping arrangements and plenty of bathrooms. There were candy treats, coffee options and a basket of fresh eggs. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The house was very cozy and welcoming when we arrived. A very unique property in an area with a good hiking trail you can walk to and the town of Marietta to explore. Our group of twelve all want to return!”
