Vista 1 is what happens when crisp mountain air, stylish comforts, and a touch of “ooh la la” all shack up on a working farm. It’s got the views (oh, those views), the peace and quiet (like, actual quiet), and the kind of vibe that makes you forget what day it is.

Step inside and you’ll find a one-bedroom apartment made for kicking back in style. The king-size bed is basically an invitation to sleep in, the living and dining area is as cozy as it is spacious. The full kitchen is ready to roll for whatever you’re in the mood for—be it a lazy cheese platter, a home-cooked feast, or just reheating leftovers from that fancy winery lunch.
The private verandah is your front-row seat to the Yarra Ranges and rolling farmland. Morning coffee tastes better here, evening wine somehow feels classier, and don’t be surprised if you catch a kangaroo hopping by or our famous Charolais cattle striking a pose.

When the temperature drops, throw a log on the wood fire (we’ll keep you stocked) and settle in for ultimate cozy vibes. Jump in the hot tub as the sun goes down with colors exploding in the sky; that's a memory!

Vista 1 is equal parts romantic escape, countryside retreat, and permission slip to do absolutely nothing. Stay in with a book, binge something on the smart TV, or explore the farm, wineries, and trails nearby. However you spend your time, you’ll leave with that “oh wow, I actually feel relaxed” glow.

Because here’s the thing: photos just don’t do this place justice. You’ll have to come see—and feel—it for yourself.
Please take note that non-paying guests/day guests are not encouraged. If you would like to entertain others you need to seek permission first and there will be an additional charge per guest. No doubt you understand these extra 'non-paying' friends/family are using all our properties' facilities and this is an extra cost to us.
