“My experience was disappointing. The first room I was given still had trash left in the garbage cans and the room had an unpleasant smell. I asked for another room, but the second room wasn’t much better. The shower was dirty and there were stains on the furniture. On top of that, the key card machine wasn’t working, so staff had to let us into the room each time. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms were not up to standard.”

“The property on the outside was fine and with a lot of parking. The lobby and eating area was alright and looked to have been recently redone. The room was less clean that I would like, but adequate. The bathtub was quite dingy looking and in need of a reglazing. Breakfast was mixed with some inedible hot items, but lots of other choices such as waffles, yogurt, toast, etc. I booked specifically because of the pool and jacuzzi and the pool was fine, but someone had vomited in the jacuzzi. Lots……

“Bathtub had used bar of soap left on ledge and pump was completely out of shower gel- tub dirty. Ac was extremely loud and rattled , loud enough to wake us up every time it kick on. Paid extra for breakfast, was told at check in it started at 6am but apparently on weekends it starts at 7am. We had to leave before it was set up. Check in staff was rude and was obvious she did not want to be there.”

“We thought everything was good! Can’t give all stars, since there’s always room for improvement!! The room was clean except for those damn beetles. Had to kill a few so they quit dropping on us! The beds were good, and the breakfast was great. No need to improve that!! Ladies were very friendly at check in and out”
