“Came in quite late at night and took a while for staff to respond so I can check in. Didn’t like the response of the staff after responding. Had to call multiple times before I could check in.”

“My family and I stayed here after being displaced from the storms affecting Northwest Indiana. Both my husband and I work remote, so we were grateful that there was plenty of space where we could spread out and work. The beds were comfortable, and there was lots of space for our large dog, Braxton, to run around. The free continental breakfast was adequate, with lots of space to sit. Unfortunately, they are still working on the building so we could hear knocking above us during the day but it……

“Shower dripped all night. Maintenance was a bit lacking.”

“This was one of the nastiest hotels I've ever stayed in and the only reason we were there was because of the tornado that hit Indiana, The room hadn't been clean,toilet nasty,floors nasty,bathroom nasty. I tried taking a shower ,it was so old I actually thought I might fall down to first floor...then the manager refused to give me back some of the $416 they charged..... He should be ashamed.”

“The trash dumpster was full, there was more trash on the ground than in the full dumpster al weekend, men were blocking the staircases making me have to walk to the other side of the building to access the second floor, no tile on the floor in the bathroom just concrete the carpet was so dirty I walked the cross in white socks the bottom of my socks were black the room smelled horrible I wouldn't let my animals stay in that room it was horrible”

“My room had an iron, but no ironing board. I did not need the ironing board, but I think this was an oversight.”
