Desk attendant (morning shift) was unacceptably rude. Towel rack and iron caddy falling off the wall. Chair was sticky with ground in filth. Breakfast bar was disgusting. There was nothing "quality" about this Quality Inn.

On line through Expedia the advertising price was $72 / night. I ended up paying $155 for one night. Bait and switch? Also the breakfast was inferior to other Quality inns that I have visited. No fruit, yogurt, toast, eggs or sausage?

Last minute room for relative due to power outage at their home. Room had stains on ceiling and leaked onto carpet. Rusted towel holder. No cups. On the bright side they had that classic air conditioner that runs nice and cold.

I had a very frustrating 5-day stay at this property. The bathroom light and the sink were both completely broken when I arrived. I asked front desk service for help multiple times during my stay, but absolutely nothing was done to fix the issues. Going without a working bathroom light and sink for five days with zero assistance is unacceptable. I do not recommend staying here due to the terrible customer service and poor maintenance.

When I went to check in the front desk, receptionist was rude. When we checked into our room, the lock was broken off completely. When I mentioned this to the front desk receptionist he mentioned it to the owner who was there at the moment who offered to put one on while I waited. I requested a new room. The owner left the building completely because the receptionist mentioned that he was not gonna do it after all. The replacement room was even worse than the first room. Nothing was wiped down clean the toilet wouldn’t flush. The front faucet kept clogging up and water wouldn’t drain. The shower was disgusting and look like it was never clean.
