“Throughly enjoyed our stay. Very clean and cozy. Will stay again. Close to the Tippy Dam recreation area. Only down fall was no washer/dryer”

“Don’t let the exterior photo fool you! This place is very nice inside!! Worked great for two of us and the dog. The bathroom is a bit awkward but otherwise everything was very clean and comfy! We would stay again for sure!”

“Overall great place to stay. Very clean. Only issue I had was not receiving check in info and the house could probably use air bonding upstairs, it was very warm up there. There are adequate fans though. Other than that I would definitely stay again.”

“Very clean and liked that it was close but not too close to the hubbub of Traverse City. Good launching point to the M22 area. Had a bit of difficulty gaining entrance because I had not written the code to the key lock down and had no connection on my phone till we got inside to get the WiFi password ”

“Beautiful cabin with plenty of amenities. The host always replied very quickly to message. We had a great time!”

“The most comfortable bed! The views were awesome and amenities as well. Just wish we had a few extra blankets.”

“Instructions were clear. Picture window with view of the lake is perfect!! Being able to sit outside by the lake is pleasant. Inside is comfortable. Easy to find. Not far from Sleeping Bear dunes, area lighthouses, area parks and Traverse City. Very enjoyable and pleasant weekend get away.! Jeni H”

“There was a miscommunication with the cleaning crew but it was resolved quickly as well as the AC unit (due to extreme heat in many states) The owners were attentive to our needs and did everything to make our family gathering comfortable and memorable. Much appreciated was the fans in all the rooms and use of two kitchens. Thank you again, we would definitely recommend Ed’s place .”

“Cabin was clean. Hostess recommended excellent local restaurants for dinners and local trailheads for hiking. Cabin was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay plus she provided snacks, coffee and creamer 😊.”

“The Ranch was awesome, and everyone had a great time including the dogs.  The house has everything you need and more (a new clothes steamer is available).  :)  Beautiful inside and outside, and just as described in the home description.  The property owners are really quick to respond to questions.  Great rental and highly recommended.”
