Perfect location but extremely noisy apartament.

Deppending on the building side of your apartament you could suffer a lot with the industrial air conditioning external machines, 24h a day.The lobby was always smelling really bad.

Lo único de malo es que ofrecieron parking y no lo hubo y un detalle pongan algo para matar las cucarachas porque vimos 4 pero por lo demás muy lindo todo

Great apt & location, no working elevator and noisy air con.Location was fabulous, v walkable to South Beach & Ocean Drive, and Art Deco district.The apartment & building were very clean, and quiet. Apartment itself was lovely; good size, good value for money, nicely decorated, lovely living room, modern kitchen, great bathroom, fab shower, very comfy bed. Air con and dehumidifiers kept the temp very comfortable.Very reasonable parking in the next street -45 for Fri- Mon. Negatives which stop this being a 5 star review: The apt is on the 3rd floor, listed as having a recently serviced elevator. However, when we arrived this wasn't working. We queried this with the host through Vrbo but didn't get a reply. We were traveling for 3 weeks so had very heavy suitcases and the elevator was a key part of our decision to book. Thankfully we were able to get our cases up all the stairs but this could have caused some people real issues.The air con in the bedroom works well but every 45 minutes or so, starts grinding loudly for 10 mins, so it woke us up every hour all night.Host communication was average. I had to chase for check in info and then our elevator query was ignored. The comms was detailed & helpful in terms of keys, PIN numbers, and garbage but didn't feel very welcoming as it was mostly a list of 'Don't do this or you'll be fined!' The apartment was a good find and overall we did enjoy our stay, but those niggles made it a high 3/5 for us this time.

This place is in a great spot right by the bus and trolley stops, many restaurants and bars, the main strip, and just blocks from a quiet part of the beach. The AC worked well (a little noisy), and the kitchen & appliances were perfect for a week long stay. The bathroom was as expected although the water took longer to heat up, but otherwise perfect! I’d recommend this place for 2-3 people looking to be right in the middle of it on Miami Beach!

If you're looking for a safe place to stay next to the beach and close to great restaurants then this is it. The condo itself was clean and Dan was quick to respond to any questions I had. Definitely will be back.

Very outdated, stains on wall and mattress. Minimal cooking utensils. Very musty smell. Pool dirty and all in shade- nothing like pictures.

Great apt in a nice building

The apartment is very comfortable. We stayed with my husband and our teenage son. It was clean, cozy, and well-equipped for a few days in Miami Beach. The location is excellent—close to the beach, near Lincoln Rd, and just steps from Española Way. Without a doubt, I highly recommend it. We had a great time

Well located Apartment near Miami Beach

I recently stayed at this apartment and had a good experience. Upon arrival, the apartment was well-maintained but we had some issues with cleanliness. However, I want to commend the owner for their exceptional response to the situation (while property manager was not very helpful). They were very accommodating and took immediate action to address the issue. Further, the apartment was well located and the size made it a very comfortable stay for a couple.I would recommend this apartment if you want to enjoy Miami Beach !

The perfect spot

check-in was straightforward and easy, and the space was perfect for my stay. This location is close enough to nightlife without any disturbances. The pool area is also very clean and peaceful. Walking distance to anything you’d desire. The space itself is exactly as pictured, very clean and comfortable. The host is also quick with communication and happily accommodated me despite my late minute confirmation.would absolutely stay here again.
