"It was strange to stay in a "hotel" with no front desk and no staff. To be honest, I much prefer a human presence. Yes, a certain amount of information was provided in written form, and there was a contact number to call if you had a question or issue, but I still would have preferred someone to be working in the building. I was given a room on the third floor which required going up many, many steep steps. I would have preferred a lower room and it didn't seem to me that the rooms on the...

"It was a horrendous experience trying to reach the property manager. 2 rooms were booked in my name although I only booked one and after days of trying to reach the property manager, I finally got through the day before arrival. Unfortunately, the 2nd room that was booked in my name was only cancelled the day before arrival, although it was previously cancelled on January 25th."
