Clean, comfortable hotel with Pte bath, indoor n outdoor onsens with good view of the Tone River. The daily breakfast was great, we can order western or Japanese set the day before. Dinner menu was delicious with good choices and nice presentation of the food. Dinner is about 6 courses. This hotel was only opened in Nov 22, well kept with auto checking in and checking out. They provide shuttle bus to station at 9.15/10.15 in the morning and pick up services at Jomokagen station at 14:55/15:55 hours. Overall, v happy to have chosen this hotel. Highly recommended.

I loved that I had my own onsen. As a tourist I'm not comfortable going to public onsen so this was the best. I loved soaking in the privacy of my own room. This hotel was the best. The staff, the food, and the view! Loved everything about this hotel.

Cosy, clean n beautiful onsen hotel, with good facilities, excellent breakfasts (western n Japanese set). The dinner was excellent, well presentation. The staff was friendly and helpful, going beyond extra miles to assist us in our enquiries and sightseeings. The hotel provides shuttle service at 9:15/10:15 in the morning, 14:55/15:55 in the afternoon.

とても素敵な宿でした！！ まだできて数年のようで、とても綺麗で清潔感があって良かったです。 どのスタッフさんも親切でとても笑顔で気持ちがいいの一言。ディナーも朝食も美味しかったです。おまけにコスパも最高。次は2〜3連泊してお宿でダラダラ至福の時間を過ごしに行きます！ありがとうございました。

清潔感があり掃除が行き届いておりとても綺麗でした。スタッフの方も笑顔で対応してくださり、気持ちの良い旅をすることができました。大浴場にはロウリュー付きサウナもあり、室内にも露天風呂があったりと、チェックアウトぎりぎりまで楽しみました。夕飯・朝食とも美味しかったです。飲み物の提供も素早く、スムーズに食事ができました。朝食のごはんもおかわりすることができて、主人も満足そうでした。もう一度、宿泊したい施設です。

2泊利用しました。日本語が拙いスタッフがフロントにいるせいか、ゲストに対しての施設の説明がわかりづらかった。大浴場があるにも関わらず、その説明もなく、聞かれたのは食事の時間のみでした。 QRコードを読み込むことで、そこで確認する事ができるとしても、万人にとってそれがベストかどうか果たして疑問です。2泊するのに、三日目以降じゃないと、ゴミ捨て、清掃もしないのは、清潔度の観点から、理解を超えます。リネン交換の要不要はゲスト次第としても、最低限、ベッドメイキング、ゴミ捨ては、どんな海外のホテルでもそれは行ってくれています。その点、再考願います。

部屋はきれいで清潔だったがホコリが何故か舞っていた。食事は味、量等申し分なかった。温泉も部屋、大浴場共にゆっくり楽しめた。 部屋から大浴場に行くときの籠は良かった！館内で過ごす部屋着もとても良かった。

施設は清潔でスタッフの対応も必要十分。過剰ではないサービスが私は好きです。 周辺に施設が少ないのが残念ですが、ホテルとは無関係なので評価対象外。 食事に関して、色々と文句を言っている人がいましたが、この価格で各部屋に温泉が付いていることを考えれば、コスパはかなりいいと思います。 部屋の温泉ですが、他の方のコメントにもあるように塩素系の匂いがやや強いのが気にはなりますが、部屋も含めて清潔です。唯一、部屋付き温泉の湯船が狭いのが欠点らしい欠点だと思います。
