We enjoyed our stay. We had some very noisey neighbors above us. We could hear them all hours of the night even as late as 3am.It would have been a plus if you had a recliner. My husband is disabled and it would have helped him be more comfy. Over all great place!

Clean beautiful condo!

The condo was wonderful. Exceptionally clean and ready when we arrived. Beautiful updated kitchen, which had everything we needed to prepare meals. The dining and living room was comfortable with plenty of room for everyone to sit. Beds were extremely comfortable and there was plenty of clean linen for the sofa sleeper. Bathrooms were also updated and so clean! The balcony was lovely with a side view of the ocean. The palm trees next to the balcony provided a nice tropical feel! The best part of Maravilla is the easy access to the beach, and the wonderful beach staff. The included chairs and umbrella with this condo are a huge value. The beach service also offers sunset chair rentals which is wonderful for those of us who prefer sunset hours on the beach!! We love Destin and Maravilla 3306 and hope to return soon!!

Great place to stay

Maravilla is such a nice place to be at the beach. Great views, easy walk to the beach, close to great restaurants. I like to call this place, my home away from home! It’s very special, and I have always felt safe here. I’m hoping for many more stays here!❤️

Great Stay

We have stayed at Maravilla three times. We love that the buildings are smaller, offer a beach view, and are dog-friendly. Our actual unit was fine. It had all we needed and was decorated well. I do wish the bedrooms had darkening shades, but it’s not a big deal. I also wish Maravilla would keep their swimming pools colder. We always go in mid-June and the pool water feels like bath water. My kids love the pool as much as the ocean, but it’s not very refreshing when the water is that warm.

Wonderful location and condo

Myself snd the family had such a wonderful stay at Maravilla 3306! The location was right in the beach and very accessible. My children loved their room and that there were some games that they can use for playing. I’ve been coming to Destin for the past 11 years and this experience was all worth it! The place comes with complimentary umbrella and chairs and the people that work that area are the friendliest of guys out there. Very nice snd respectful. I would rate this 10/10

Relaxing visit to Miramar Beach

The condo was pretty and nice with enough household items, soaps, toilet paper for our 5 night stay. It is convenient to the beautiful, private, wide beach right across the street, which included beach chairs and umbrella. There is a nice view of the beach from the condo. The location is a short walk to Pompano Joe's and a little longer walk to several other restaurants. There is a walking path on the far side of the street and a walking/bicycling path on the near side of the street. We enjoy this beach area and after enjoying the beach, eating, and shopping slept well, without hearing noise around us.

Great stay!

We love staying at Maravilla and this visit was no different. Clean, well stocked, comfortable unit with great views of the Gulf. Awesome communication from the time we booked to the time we checked out. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Getaway

I visited Destin 20 summers in a row with my family growing up, and it's truly always been my happy place. We lost my dad in 2021, so this year for my birthday, I wanted to be somewhere where I felt close to him. We hoped to find a place where we could bring our two fur babies with us, so we were so excited to find Maravilla 3306! It was everything we hoped it would be, and we felt right at home from the moment we checked in. The location is amazing - walking distance to some of my absolute favorite restaurants in Destin, (Pompano Joe's, Kenny D's, etc.) and a super quick drive to all others. The ocean views from the patio were breathtaking and made for the perfect place to start our mornings and end our evenings. The complex itself was quiet, well-maintained, and felt very safe. The elevators and the carts provided on the ground floor were tremendously helpful while unloading/loading luggage and after grocery shopping. The unit was immaculately clean, (especially impressive for a dog-friendly rental), and we only used the master bedroom, but the bed was very comfortable, as were the couches. We will definitely be back, (seeing as how we were pretty much already planning our next trip prior to even closing the door behind us lol). Thank you for a truly wonderful getaway - it was just what we needed and was the perfect place to stay for my first trip back to Destin!

Relaxing beach retreat, and pet friendly too!

We were so happy that we found this property! It was spacious for the two of us, close to the beach and walkable to many restaurants and shops, while still being quieter than in Destin proper. This visit we brought our dogs with us and the property was perfect for that. We will definitely rent this unit again on future visits to the area.

Great Condo!

Condo was clean and as described, owners were very nice communication was never an issue. Plenty of room for my family of 4 plus our 2 small dogs. Great view of the gulf from the balcony, and quick walk to the beach, chair service was nice to have as well, we always tipped those guys they work hard in the sun! We will be back!

Vacation at Maravilla

We really loved Maravilla and the convenience of the location. The guys at beach service were wonderful and we appreciated having the beach chairs. The private beach was really nice. The location is also in great proximity to local restaurants. There was plenty of space for our family. Wish we would’ve had better communication from the property manager as the complex didn’t have power and we had to ask neighbors, then calling to figure out the issue while other vacationers were contacted. There was an issue with the TV and it was promptly fixed the next day and wasn’t a big inconvenience. We wish there were beach toys/supplies for kids. The condo could use some updating but overall it worked for our needs.

Paradise revisited

Loved our stay for the second year. Maravilla. Beautiful condo and plenty of room. The managers we dealt with were fabulous. Friends of ours own and live in the property. It was fun to gather with them. Being a dog friendly property also lets us have our whole family. We feel safe and happy.

It is a nice place to stay. Owner was really good with communicating information, Good view, beds were comfortable, washer and dryer is a little small for more than 2 people and no drying rack for wet bathing suits or beach towels.

Maravilla 3306

We have stayed at Maravilla for years but this was by far our favorite condo. It was extremely clean and the owners sent all information needed right away. If there was ever any issue or if you needed assistance they respond in a timely manner. My husband, son, mother, and myself had a wonderful time and will be booking again in the future. We even brought our small dog and it’s a great atmosphere for both pets and families.
