“Old friends came for a few days to relax. Storm had hit the beach just before our arrival so the beach was not ideal but we swam & used kayaks on the flat Gulf water. Host was great re: communication & hospitality. Great area for sunsets & birdwatching. Nothing really within walking distance ; kitchen & grill were perfect for preparing our own meals. Swimming pool wonderful. Xcambo is close by for a visit to see Mayan ruins. Flamingos were abundant on the salt flats. Telchac & Progresso are……

“House is very spacious much more than what you see in the pictures. Beach is nice with very few tourists or locals. feels almost private. A plus is that you can fish from the pier which is at walking distance. We enjoyed our time in Telchac.”

“We had a very nice stay. The outdoor furniture was in poor condition. I think a bistro table and chairs on the covered deck would have been nice so we could enjoy the back yard in the morning and one of the longing chairs were broken so only one of us could enjoy the sunny days. Overall I was very pleased with the home and the Neighbors were amazing. I would certainly stay there again and hopefully they do some upgrading to accommodate the outdoor experience in a beautiful back yard setting……

“Our property manager, Marina was very responsive and we were able to communicate with her during our stay. Being a brand new building they were still getting some quirks resolved but all in all, it was a very nice place to stay; we had a lovely sunset view and a great view of the ocean. There was also a washer/dryer and hair in the unit and this was a huge plus. Marina provided us with beach towels; you may have to ask her for them but that is okay. It was a good environment and we walked……
