Front desk staff has no clue about anything in the area as far as restaurants, shopping, etc. No security on the grounds so our neighbors partied until 4:00am and there was no one to contact regarding the situation. The towels looked dirty, there was random water bottles in the room some empty and some not. Then at about 4am the fire alarm went off and nobody in the hotel knew why and could not get anybody at the front desk to ask what was going on.
