“We had a very nice stay, the place was comfortable and clean, beautifully decorated. We only wish we would’ve had more time! And bonus it came with a parking spot. We hope to come back again!”

“Exactly as described!”

“Wonderful home for a fantastic visit to Wrigley Field to see the Cubs sweep the Dodgers!”

“A few issues with the washing machine and the bedroom TVs but we were only there for one night. We were given a number to call for problems and if we had stayed longer, we would've called. Other than that- clean, spacious, and great location!”

“Great location. Very clean and well appointed condo. Convenient parking. Host was very accommodating and great to work with.”

“This place was wonderful. It was right across the street from the field. We went for the Savannah Bananas game, and we could watch the players leaving the stadium right from our front window. We were able to go across the street and grab autographs from them. Our mom is ill, and wanted us to go so badly and find one of the players to give him a gift. We were able to because we were so close to everything and caught him right after the game. We also got to watch them return to the field the next……

“The place is around the corner from the Wrigley field , close to red line train transportation if you don’t want to rent a car, the place does offer a parking space if you need it. There was great communication, fast response time . Would definitely recommend this place”

“Wonderful”

“Enjoyed our stay. Nice location”

“We chose this property for its size (4 bedrooms) and location (Wrigleyville) as we wanted to do some holiday activities in the area. The host had great communication regarding policies, procedures, check-in/out, etc. We were pretty disappointed, though, that the fireplace didn’t work despite it being listed in the property description. We were there on a very snowy weekend and a fireplace would have been a nice touch. Beyond that, you should know that you need to run the shower for a very, very……

“Separate rooms for everyone. Multiple bathrooms. Kitchen had lots of appliances with glassware, dishes, silverware and pots/pans”

“Place was as advertised. Back bedroom smelled like cat has lived there before. Water filter on fridge needs to be replaced. Needs some tv’s in bedroom. Overall stay was good need some updated furtinure and beds.”

“Great location, great communication with host.”

“A great fit for our family including our mini golden doodle. Parking was easy and available. Host was responsive and accommodating. Would stay here again.”

“Simply a perfect place- excellent location, comfortable beds, very clean accommodations, parking spot is very clutch, even some outdoor space! The coffee and beer is much appreciated as well. Next time in Chicago we will reach back out!”

“The location is great. Walking distance to many bars and restaurants as well as Wrigley Field. The home was very nice and clean and had everything we needed. Peter is responsive and the check in and check out process was easy. Will definitely stay again when in the area.”

“Perfect for us to stay for the weekend of the marathon with my son and a few of his friends.”

“Great location. 30 steps to Wrigley field. Clean. Safe. Very clean apt.”

“We booked this flat to look for an apartment for our daughter who’s moving to Chicago. Felt it was close to neighborhoods that she was interested in touring and apartments she had already arranged tours of. For those of you with a different agenda it is so close to Wrigley Field and so many great bars and restaurants. Close to Addison station and no too far from Belmont station. Access to downtown is too easy. We however were able to walk to areas and apartments we needed to tour without any……

“Wonderful experience for everything we needed”
