“The staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel is new with beautiful interior design and decoration. On last day the staff support me of calling taxi, also and he even accompany me to the meeting point with taxi driver, prevent me from scamming by random driver with high prices. ”

“Absolutely horrendous place to stay. The whole place is so filthy and disgusting. My husband got salmonella during our stay there and we were provided with zero support. The reception staff ( most of them) are so rude and unhelpful. The pools were so dirty as well. Stay away from this place!!”

Le petit déjeuner est top . Point négatif de l'hôtel : - la grande piscine n'est pas chauffée - la plage privée n'est pas vraiment privé”

“Nothing was really unique about this property as it’s a typical all-inclusive resort. The staff was very rude and not helpful at all. We had to switch rooms because we stayed in additional night upon check-in and they couldn’t keep us in the same room although they could’ve accommodate us they chose not to. Again the front desk staff was very rude the Bell man were not helpful they just stood around and looked at you while you tried to navigate where to put your luggage and what to do. I would……
