This is a beautiful resort to have a great holiday with family. We had a great time over Christmas break. Food, spa, rooms, resort surroundings and pools are really good. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Special shout out to Escham who took very good care of us everytime we were in dining hall. Bar and lobby area is very good and spacious with live music every night whilst we were there. Highly recommend this beautiful resort for a memorable holiday.

A peaceful hotel for a relaxed holiday. The room was spacious and very well cleaned every day. The food was fresh, varied, and delicious, both at the buffet and in the à la carte restaurants. The staff are incredibly friendly throughout the hotel. The free shuttle to the city center is a great bonus.

We really enjoyed our time at Riu Tikida Palmeraie. The hotel was beautiful with large rooms. The hotel was kept spotless as there was constantly cleaning, and the security made it a safe environment. The staff were very friendly. The food was tasty with lots of options. It was well worth what we paid. We will return.

The rooms were very clean, but mine didn’t include an iron, and the beds were pretty hard. The food and drinks were just okay. If you’re younger, don’t expect much to do — maybe it was just the time of year I visited, but the vibe felt very geriatric. The staff, though, were excellent and definitely a highlight.

In general is a good place to stay if what you are looking for is a more classic old Moroccan style vibe, the hotel does it really well, but I believe some furniture renewals and keep the heating available will be a positive experience for the guests, since sometimes the nights can be cold and having the newer furniture will really change the experience of staying in RIU Tikida

Spacious rooms, staff are amazing, distance to airport and souls etc is good. Outdoor Pools aren’t heated only indoor one. No soft drinks in room only water so had to keep going to bar to get drinks in the evening. Kid friendly, high chairs available. Accessible. Food was repetitive but that is expected. 4/5

I've always been interested in staying at one the RIU Hotels. This place is beautiful and huge. Definitely where you take the entire family. The staff and entertainment at the pool area was top tier! The food was all inclusive, which means breakfast was good, but brunch was delicious. This place is HUGE so please add walking time to get to the front lobby of the hotel (if you have to meet your bus for any excisions)

Here's our observation from check-in to check-out: At checking-in, if there's a rush and you're told to wait by your luggage to be showed to your room and you don't want to wait, just go and take your luggage and walk to you room, because you're only waiting for someone to show you to your room. If your luggage is heavy or you have problems walking, you can request a golf cart ride. You get to your rooms from the other end of the lobby. Rooms are very spacious with cool temperature and very good AC. There are some amenities in the bathroom like bar soap, liquid shower gel and shampoo. Water is replenished every day.
