Great location. Public transportation right outside the door. Plenty of shopping and restaurants. Great breakfast, clean room. Train station in walking distance. Bed was a little soft for me but not uncomfortable.

Our room was warm with no AC window opened a crack Great location for Oktoberfest. We were able to walk down the street and enjoy the festivities.

A little run-down, but clean. Construction right in front of the hotel wasn't great, nor were the vacant shopfronts. Still, low price for the area, and the location was convenient.

This hotel had all we needed for our short stay. It is close to the train station and a good location to places to eat and drink. Only negative was there was no aircon or fridge.

This is an older building, but it’s clean and convenient. Munich is a loud, bustling city, so if you’re looking for quiet, central Munich may not be ideal. We had 2 rooms one facing the front and one facing the back. The back room was quiet and had a balcony. If quiet is what you need, reserve a room on the back side of the hotel. Staff was kind and responsive. The complimentary Haribo gummy bears were a pleasant treat.

I was assigned to a wrong room on the 2nd floor, a room where another guest was already in the bed! I went down to the reception and got reassigned to another single room: this time, thank goodness, the room was all mine. I found it extremely embarrassing to be seen like a dangerous robber at 11-ish at night. BTW, the wifi-signal is so weak, dreadfully slow, and surprisingly unstable in my room, so I advise future guests not to expect to use Zoom or and movie streaming at least in the room I was assigned to. Having said that, location-wise, it’s good value for the price.

Slightly overpriced for what you get.
Location was very central and within walking distance to the Old Town, there was also a subway stop approx 1 minute walk away. The hotel itself was good and the room ideal for what we needed. Only issue, it was very overpriced for what we got.

A good location with transport links outside the hotel. Room was clean with excellent facilities. My only complaint,my room was next to the lift so there was a lot of noise from this which kept me awake

Property advertises parking available, but they only have a couple spots which were full. We had a 10 minute walk to the hotel from the closest parking location for our vehicle overnight. WiFi didn’t work the entire time we were there. Located above a restaurant/bar that played super loud music until 5 am, so needless to say, we barely got any sleep. Staff was nice, but would not recommend staying here.

Rooms are small, but clean. When the toilet stopped working in our room, they switched us to a new room without hesitation. Best thing is the location - right next to tram and metro stops and surrounded by several good restaurants. Would stay again.

The bathroom was amazing, and the views were beautiful from our balcony! Wish it would’ve been a little cleaner - had a funky smell when we checked in, and the carpet wasn’t cleaned very well. But we were pleased with attentive and respectful housekeeping, and secure entries with the kind desk staff. Overall it’s definitely overpriced - but it is during Oktoberfest and you’re paying for the great walkable location.
