“The stay got off to a very poor start. The advertisement instructed guests to contact the property to receive a door access code. When I called in the afternoon, the property manager was extremely rude. Even after I explained the reason for my call, I was repeatedly questioned as if I didn’t understand the instructions. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and appear old and worn, with little care or maintenance. There is also a serious maintenance issue in the upstairs bathroom, with……

“Really solid experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything you need, especially for a longer stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the location made it easy to get around. Overall, great value and a comfortable stay and can snag free street parking on the weekends.”

“We booked via expedia. Since we expect ourselves to arrive later than check in hours, we have requested expedia to contact the park for late check in arrangement. The reply from expedia is asking us to contact hotel directly. We arrived the park 18:01 and the reception is closed. Without receiving any safe box code from expedia, we stand in front of the gate with wind and rain. Fortunately, we called and left message to the park’s after hours mobile, and Belinda (the property manager)……
