“Veronica is very nice and helpful during our stay there. The location is very convenient to the restaurants we like and all sight seeing spots are all in walking distance. The only drawback is no elevator inside the building so if you are not travelling with a strong guy and with heavy suitcase, you will have to reconsider the larger suite here as mine is the smallest which is on the top floor. 😞”

“The hotel has nice combination of old history and updated accommodations. It is somewhat difficult to get to with luggage but otherwise is located in a fantastic spot. We were able to park in a lot about 1 block away for a reasonable price. One can get to most of the best spots within a 15 minute walk.”

“The room was very clean. My flight got in Porto at 7 am and they were able store my luggage and give me a map of the city to go explore before my check-in time. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was great, I had the single room with Balcony that had a nice view of the river. I walked to and from the centre a couple times a day, even all the way to Gaia which was only a 30 min walk.
I saw other reviews so I can prepared with earplugs, so noise was not an issue for me.
