“I thought had booked a 1 bedroom apartment, with kitchen facilities. In particular a microwave to heat wheat pack-pain relief from recent shoulder replacement. I would say within minutes of staff realising I would like a microwave, I was rung and offered one. Was appreciated making the second night more bearable. Feedback bonus comment on behalf of disabled community. While the rooftop pool is small-its a cool part of the history of the 'sugar shaker' Could not a lifting harness be in pool area,...

“Solo llegar te explican y te enseñan cada lugar, cosa que se agradece, los chicos de recepción super majos ayudando en todo lo necesario y además a valorar con baño y nevera dentro de la habitación y todo limpio. También hay servicio gratuito hacía el puerto y la parada del bus Greyhound. Como mejora diría que necesitan invertir en nuevas paellas para cocinar😜”

“Time we spent well there loved the views from the top floor, but as we started to settle in and actually take notice of the place the it was not clean properly, dished still had lip prints and hand prints on them, dishes, pots and cutlery was not washed up and cleaned properly, floor was making the bottom of our foot black not sure if they mopped, sheets had stains on them, curtains had dirt or mould on it, fans and lights dusty and looked like they haven’t been cleaned in ages. It’s not kids...

“Spacious and clean. Close to Palmer St and lots of restaurants and bars. A little noisy at night but to be expected in this location. Good balcony Efficient air con in living space and bedrooms We were very happy with our stay.”
