Les propriétaires sont totalement absents et semblent peu concernés par le confort ou la sécurité de leurs clients. Tout repose sur deux employées ukrainiennes, dévouées et courageuses, qui assurent seules le petit-déjeuner et le ménage. Leur travail est remarquable, mais elles ne peuvent pas compenser le manque d’implication de la direction. Lors de notre séjour, nous avons signalé une forte odeur persistante provenant de la fosse septique située près de notre chambre. Aucune mesure n’a été prise. Pire encore, la porte de notre chambre a été laissée ouverte en notre absence. Lorsque nous avons rapporté ce grave problème au propriétaire, il n’a montré aucun intérêt ni présenté d’excuses, ce qui est inacceptable pour un établissement hôtelier. L’emplacement, bien qu’attrayant sur le papier, présente aussi de sérieux inconvénients. L’hôtel se trouve juste en face du port, ce qui entraîne un bruit constant, et il est situé sous un couloir aérien : les avions passent au-dessus jour et nuit, rendant le repos difficile. En l’état actuel, malgré un certain potentiel, cet hôtel ne peut pas être recommandé. I was so happy to have found Rhenia :-) it’s in a quieter part with stunning views of the sea / Port. Beautiful gardens, friendly staff; lovely breakfast. The rooms are very clean and the balcony is truly wonderful. I got a moped and travelled around Mykonos the family were very helpful and reccomend some beautiful beaches! There is also a lovely local beach to the hotel and it’s near to the town / Little Venice (10 min moped / car) and a sea bus right outside. If you’re looking to explore Mykonos but want something more cultural, peaceful and stunning views. This is the place.
