“ Die Unterkunft war schön und sauber ,aber die Küchenausstattung sehr mäßig. Ebenso für uns ,als Nichtautofahrer ein großes Manko, dass jeder sein Auto vor seinem Appartment parken konnte. Der Blick von unserer Terrasse, war der auf einen Parkplatz . Dabei hätte es im vorderen Teil der Anlage genug Platz für parkende Autos gegeben. Sehr schade ! ”

“On a adoré notre séjour. Le repas dans les restaurants étaient variés et très bons. L’équipe attentionnée et efficace parle français et d’autres langues parfaitement. Les chambres 4700 sont au fond et plus calmes car loin du club enfants et de l’animation du soir. L’animation du soir est faite par des salariés jeunes, sans intérêt. C’est presqu’un sketch. Plage de sable comme piscine nous avons trouvés des transats à toute heure. Salle de sport propre et complète Piscine intérieure non……

“Wir als Paar waren von der Anlage sehr begeistert. Das Personal ist hervorragend da die Unterkunft seit Juni 2025 erst geöffnet hat ist alles neu und auch super gereinigt. Man kann in der Anlage richtig schön entspannen und seine Auszeit genießen. Absolute Empfehlung und auch gerne mal wieder. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war der Transfer mit Danaos Travel vom Flughafen Heraklion aus. Hier die Empfehlung mit eigenem Leihwagen oder den privaten Transfer anzureisen. Kommen jederzeit sehr sehr……

“Super freundliches und engagiertes Personal, sauber und Pool & Strand super gepflegt. Sehr leckeres und qualitativ hochwertiges Essen - auch glutenfrei möglich! Kinderprogramm war auch wunderbar. Unser erstes Familienzimmer war relativ laut (Klimaanlage vor dem Balkon, Fahrstuhl), konnten aber wechseln.”

“Sehr schönes kleines Hotel und Fußläufig sind Restaurants und Shops, sowie Strand gut erreichbar. Bestes Frühstücksbuffet, dass ich je auf Kreta gesehen habe, sehr liebevoll alles hergerichtet. Das Hotel ist klein aber Oho, auch Doppelzimmer und Bad eher sehr klein geraten.”

“Building, courtyard with pool, and rooms were very nice. Bathrooms however were not well maintained and showers had issues such as not having a mount on the wall to hold the shower head and not having shower curtain and plugged drains. The bathrooms desperately need to be updated. The breakfast was ok but other hotels we stayed at in Crete had much nicer breakfast selections. ”

“The hotel rooms are above a popular taverna, with very loud music playing until 2am. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, this is not it. ”

“Loved every second at this hotel. The staff are the stars of the show - nothing is too much trouble, aswell as the lovely new rooms, the gardens, the food, the view - outstanding. I don’t usually got to the same place twice but seriously thinking about coming again next year. ”

“I stayed here for a week and I would rate it as the worst resort I have ever stayed in. Beach was bad , ocean too rough, and only one beach bar for entire beach and it was bad service. ”
