Just steps to the breathtaking beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and a short stroll to the famous Naples Pier (currently under construction), sunsets and Third Street South restaurants and shopping. Our residence affords you the easiest access to all the amenities that Old Naples offers - comfort, location and a beautiful pool. What more is there! Multi-million-dollar homes surround this quiet, restful spot in the heart of where Naples originated. Unpack your bags and head for the beach just across the street. We provide beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and small cooler. Or walk one block to Third Street South, Naples' destination venue for fine dining or casual eateries. Outstanding Little Gem in Naples

We truly enjoyed our first family visit to Naples staying in this quaint little condo. The location is outstanding, being a block to the beach and one block to all the 3rd Street restaurants and shops. Our 2-year-old son loved the pool too, which was perfect temperature. I highly recommend!

Great location near beach in Naples

This two bedroom two bath condo was the perfect location in Naples. It is walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. If you are renting a car it has a reserve spot for parking. The check-in and checkout process is simple and convenient. Would definitely recommend this condo.

Beautiful beach cottage

We enjoyed a wonderful girls weekend in Naples. The condo is beautifully decorated in a beach theme and very well appointed. We walked to Third each evening for dinner and entertainment. The weather was perfect for relaxing on the beach. Thank you for the beach chairs and cooler. We hope to be back soon.

My husband and I stayed at the property after dropping our last son to college. The property looks just like the pictures. The pool and the location could NOT be beat. We had a very nice welcome from the property manager by way of text and a welcome basket. They could not have been nicer!

Well decorated clean condo

Location is exellent, close to the beach and restaurants. The condo was very clean and well decorated. It has everything you need for the beach, including beach towels, chairs, umbrellas... etc. The second bedroom would be better for kids, not for adults. Our daughter used the room, and she is 28. The two beds there were so tiny. The second bathroom was very small as well. The bed in the master bedroom was not comfortable for us, something with the mattress was not ok. We are not big tv lovers, but the remote control did not change the chanels in the main room. I loved the swimming pool and it's size. Overall our stay was good. We love Naples and will be back again.

A Perfect Vacation in Paradise!

We had the most wonderful stay in Naples, Florida! From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. The cozy condo was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The basket of goodies was a plus after a long day of travelling. Thank you!One of the best parts? The beach was just a short walk away! In under 3 minuteswe were sinking our toes into the soft, white sand and enjoying the clear waters of the Gulf.We can’t recommend this place highly. We’ll definitely be back for a fourth time!

Last family spring break

We came to Naples for our final family spring break as our youngest will be off to university next year. All she wanted was to be on the beach, find some fun restaurants and shopping. Naples hits all the marks and this VRBO location put us literally steps from it all! Could not have asked for a better location. The place itself is not fancy but it is cute and met all our needs. We could not have been happier with our stay . Communication was clear and quick. Price was fair. Property was clean and provided what we needed and the area was safe and beautiful ! Thank you for a great stay.

This is a very comfortable condo. Perfect for the 4 of us. The location was the biggest plus. A block from the beach and a block from the shops and restaurants. Perfect for a short getaway. Would definitely book again.

Great location!

Perfect location in Old Naples. A block from the beach and a block from the shopping and dining area. It is about a 20 minute walk to 5th Avenue shopping and dining as well. Accommodations were extremely clean. Easy offstreet parking. Would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area.

Perfect location

Cute little 2 bedroom condo - the pictures are accurate: only downside - no balcony. But the key to this place is the location: 1.5 blocks to the ocean and 1.5 blocks to 3rd Street South in Naples with all its shops and exceptional restaurants. We really enjoyed it.

Thanksgiving getaway

Overall we had a great stay! The location is perfect for beach, shopping, & restaurants. And in a gorgeous neighborhood! The condo was decorated nicely and clean. Unfortunately the pool heater and elevator were both broken due to the recent hurricanes. My dad has problems with stairs so this made it challenging! And the pool was quite cold! We purposely booked here based on the elevator, and unfortunately we were not informed until a few days prior to arrival on both of these non-working features that were included in the description. But as far as other communication they were great for check ins and departure.

We enjoyed the location of this condo. Walked everywhere. The condo is small, but very practical. It had everything we needed. The communication with the property manager was great. Denise made sure to accommodate our requests. Our kid enjoyed the swimming pool in the complex. The description of the condo is accurate. The beds were comfortable, the car parking space was super helpful, and the property was clean.

Naples Condo

We had a wonderful time. The condo was a cute beach themed 2 bedroom. We were I block away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Close to shopping on 3 rd ave and great restaurants. The power went out and Denise, the property manager took fast action and had us up and running. She checked on us during our stay and was so nice to talk to. The pool was also warm and wonderful. All in all I highly recommend this cute beach condo in the heart of Naples.
