The spacious living room is furnished with a cozy couch and large HDTV with available blue-ray player. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware, glasses, plates, wine opener, Keurig, blender, ETC, along with basic oils, spices and condiments. The open layout unfolds onto the lanai, a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, or an evening glass of wine and a good book. For those who need to get some work done while traveling, the front room is separate from common areas and has a desk and printer. Guests will have access to Artesia’s three-acre clubhouse campus that includes a resort-style pool with beach entry and lap lanes, a multi-use racquet sports court, and event lawn. Beach chairs, towels and an umbrella are available to take to the beach as well.

Located in the heart of Southwest Florida, this house is just a short drive away from many attractions including; Naples Beach and Fishing Pier, Rookery Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve, Marco Island, Tin City, Tigertail Beach, Naples Zoo, Naples Museum of Art, Naples Botanical Garden, and much, much more.
