This beautiful 2nd floor condo is the perfect fit for those looking for a quiet, safe place to stay. Less than 8 miles away from Downtown Naples, 5th Ave, beaches, shopping and restaurants, this property had been recently updated and is ready for you. Two bedrooms have queen beds and TVs. The master bedroom has spacious walk-in closet. Kitchen equipped with a full fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, air fryer, coffee machine; cookware, dishes and utensils are included. Full size washer and dryer in the unit. This condo also comes with free WIFI, access to the pool, beach equipment, board games. There are towels and linens for you to use as well. Big screened balcony/lanai furnished with a patio set for you to enjoy beautiful weather. Parking is available on site ( No Trucks or any other large vehicles) . REQUIRES BACKGROUND CHECK AND APPLICATION APPROVAL BY CONDO BOARD( additional fees) TO KEEP COMMUNITY SAFE.
