“Thr room was as advertised. There were two queen beds and the bathtub was handicap accessible. The room was very large. There was plenty of space for our suitcases and my rollator. And we could move around comfortably. The closet was big and had an iron and ironing board. There was a full length mirror which is much needed for checking your attire before you leave. “Dirty room. Sheets smelled used, nonsmoking room smelled like smoke, spider in the bathroom, built up dust on lamps, bathroom had stains all over it. Don't recommend staying here.”
“Don't go to this motel during the fourth weekend of August. First, there is a yearly NASCAR-type weekend in the region that attracts too many travelers. Second, it's also on a major truck route heading in and out of North Carolina, so that adds to the increase in use of the rooms by folks who don't take care of things. The motel can't keep up with the bookings. Third, the staff does a terrible job of maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms, and they don't seem to care. Our room had dirty sheets……
