“Love the shopping convenience of the property. Customer service was great overall. Didn’t like the offerings of the time share salespeople and a $20 deposit. Overall loved the property and offerings. If the timeshares people offered better discounts and perks I would have taken the time to consider becoming a member. ”

“Had both units for our family, plenty of room. Didn’t realize it’s a second unit and not a 2br. Estancia is nice, quiet pool, but plenty of activity next door at Villa Palmar. Food is mediocre, tequila selection lacking, but plenty of great options in Bucerias, short taxi or walk. La Comer, nice grocery and easy to get to and stock the kitchen. Rented bikes next door to property and went on a long ride, good bike & running path, about 4 miles.”

“After reading all the positive reviews, I was pretty disappointed in this property and with the property owner. The positives: Bucerias is a beautiful place that is tourist-friendly without being completely crowded, even during Christmas week. It wasn’t nearly as crowded as Sayulita, but it has a great vibe and charm. The house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, A/C in every room, a good-sized kitchen, and a lovely patio area, including a big patch of grass in the shade that was perfect for……

“My reservation was for 2 adults and a 14 year old minor, but at the time of the reservation the receptionist stated that the minor was supposed to be a 1 year old infant so therefore they charged almost 1800 pesos more.”

“This was a wonderful week in Punta Mita! The Condo was amazing, just as pictured. Susana made the most delicious breakfasts. She always had fresh salsa and guacamole and fresh made margaritas for us after coming back from the different beach clubs. We will come back again.”

“The place is perfect for a family reunion or vacation with four couples like we did. Jovita was a great cook and took really good care of us. Having two six seater golf carts allowed our group flexibility to split up. We got to explore the various beach clubs. Also this place has great location as it’s 150 yards to the back gate of Punta De Mita.”

“Just an awesome place to stay! This 4 bedroom condo was as describe and just wonderfully laid out. It is on a huge and wonderful resort in Punta Mita. Communication with the owner was very efficient and quick. It could not of been nicer. Well it was cloudy one day. Highly recommend this gorgeous place. Kevin B.”
