“It is an older motel built probably in the 1960's. The rooms are smallish. It was probably quite beautiful back in the day. One can see that the property needs attention . . . the little fence at the entrance is rotten; the stone figurines have decayed; the asphalt driveway has sunk in a few places, etc. What is to be admired . . . the incredible variety of trees creating a glorious shade over the property on those hot days . . . it is out of the way and yet just minutes from the main drag .……
