"An amazing gem to say the least. The property is beautiful, peaceful and quiet. My family and I enjoyed the organization and cleanliness of the home which added an extra level of comfort to our stay. Dave is an amazing host, who had timely responses and great recommendations for activities in the Zion area. Overall, we had an amazing vacation at Zion Roost, nothing but positive things to say about this property ( and Dave and his family), and my family and I will definitely be back!!!"

"Of all the VRBO properties we've stayed at, this has to be the very best for beautiful surroundings and comfortable accommodations. We were fortunate to have the owner promptly drop by when we experienced wifi issues; he was most helpful with a solution but also gracious in answering our many questions about the history of this unique property. "This is a really nice little place, unit 2, especially if you are traveling with a dog since the little yard is fenced and has artifical grass. It would be nice to have some shade on the patio since it is West facing, and then you could spend more time enjoying the view! The sofa, bed and linens are comfortable. A few negative things: very weak water pressure in the shower, need more hooks and shelves in the bathroom, the living room area rug is so dirty that it should be thrown out. "

"It isn’t fancy but for price point and location it’s a gem. The view in #1 is amazing. Location is across street from Zion entrance. It does smell like subway and pizza in the hallway but it didn’t bother us (my kids love both places). Romantic getaway maybe not, but really awesome place overall. Just go in with proper expectations which we did, and we loved it! I would absolutely stay again!"

"This place was just a great house for us. We all enjoyed the pool and backyard. There were all kind of toys for the pool and the grandkids spent hours swimming. They loved the slide. The house was extremely well stocked, everything from all kinds of kitchen appliances to spices, coffee and tea. We have never been in a place where we found everything we needed. My grandkids are already asking when we can come again."

"My family and I very much enjoyed this experience. I am thankful we took this trip as glamping in tents under the stars was fun for everyone. It is very loud from the wind and very cold at night. Our heated blankets didn’t work so we had to get those changed the second night. Check before office closes! The communal bathrooms were very clean and oh so toasty so that was nice. The tents are all a short walk to the restroom. Great experience overall!"
