“Check-in is advertised as anytime after 4pm. I arrived late at night and there was no self-check in and the lobby was closed. I called the emergency line and the directory was unhelpful resulting in no contact with any person. I ended up finding alternative housing that night. I messaged the property June 20th (as of June 26) have had no response. I can't even receive a refund because they won't respond to my bank.”

“Front staff were very abrupt upon check in”

“雖然房間係比較舊，毛巾偏黃，整體尚算整潔。床褥偏軟，環境寧靜，有泳池，池水溫度很暖，有早餐，不過味道一般。但總算應有的都有。性價比頗高。沒有投訴。 備注：停車場有個頗大的凹陷洞，需要多加留意。”

“It was a pleasant stay at Residence & Conference centre. We were here for a wedding at Eaton Hall and the location couldn't be more perfect. The two bedroom suite was very basic but very clean. Shampoo/soap provided but no hair dryer. Kitchen has no dishes or cups. However, we didn't needed them.”
