Good value for the price for the area. Room was updated and nice and clean. Since I worked in my room for a few hours a nice desk chair would have been better. Elevators being out was a minor inconvenience since there are only 3 floors. Access to parking a little strange but not much can be done about that.

We booked a king suite but was not told it is in the basement, no window at all! The room is spacious, but the floor is sticky and feels disgusting. The front desk lady was super nice and supportive and tried her best to look for a room on the upper levels but they do not have king suite on the ground or upper levels.

There are very limited nearby stores. When I asked the front desk for suggestions of walkable stores they simply said "there are none" and offered no options for transit etc. There is a vape shop directly across from our room that is apparently open 24/7. Lots of noise and traffic at all hours (though I did get to see/hear some pretty fancy cars). The wifi was unreliable. The AC units are some of the loudest I've heard. In fact, I'm writing this review at 3am since I can't sleep from the noise haha. (Sadly it's too warm without AC). The pools were lovely but closed at 9pm, which was early since we had to travel quite a distance to do any activity; by the time we returned they were closed. We've never been to the Toronto area before, so we were going based on other users rating. Most of the staff were very friendly. Would not likely stay here again. We did not rent a car for the few days we were here, but would strongly suggest having a vehicle if you are staying here. Our "suite" has a kitchenette. But again, with no access to groceries, it was not used. There were some dishes available for use but no cleaning supplies. And the cleaning staff didn't clean the dishes. Didn't make up the beds, even when it was requested. It was just... Odd. We are pretty easy going but I think the lack of sleep has made me a little salty. If you're looking for a place with a fun pool area and have no interest in a quality sleep, this is the place for you!

the hotel is nice and clean, the staff is friendly and tried to help. My room is on the ground floor not far from the reception; on the second night of my stay, some children were running outside and very noisy which was after 11:00 pm, I've been trying to stand the noise Ended i called the reception and requested them to tell the customers in the corridor be quiet since that was almost midnight.

The rooms were modern and very clean. Staff was helpful and nice. There were 3 pools (2 indoor and 1 outdoor) that were also very clean and a nice way to relax with cabanas and outdoor service! There was a Tim Hortons directly beside the hotel which was convenient. I would definitely stay here again!
