“Nothing unique about it, stains on the blanket and shower door. Hair in the sink. Lighting wasn't ideal either for where the mirror was. Being barred from the restaurant was new as well, not even part of the wedding. For spending over $200 a night, I would expect much more than what we experienced. At least two working elevators.”

“Very nice, clean and quiet. Disappointed that breakfast was not included with the expensive room. Would have made out better if I booked directly with Hilton. No hilton honors discount was given and no senior discount. Very disappointed. Stay was fine but high cost for service provided.”

“Booked a standard city view room with a King Bed, the room was quite small (not a lot of room between the bed and the table/desk) but practical. A nice assortment of teas provided plus coffee pods and a fridge. I appreciated the bottled water to use for coffee since Waterloo water is soft and doesn't taste great. Comfortable bed and large pillows, plus bath robes and shampoo, etc. provided. A convenient location and friendly service - with the option to text front desk with any requests. Would……

“The perfect small town home away from home, and so many wonderful places to check out nearby. The place was thoughtfully decorated, the bed was comfortable, the two nights sleep were incredibly peaceful. Both breakfasts, eggs Benny sandwich on croissant and French toast, were homemade and super fresh. They tasted gourmet and so perfectly seasoned. Kimmie and James were perfect hosts. We almost didn't want to check out our final morning. Can't wait for our next stay.”

“Room was great, clean and had amazing view. Only negatives were waiting over 5 minutes in an empty lobby at night for someone to come give my keys and parking - the day of you apply for parking and after you already paid and booked the room it’s says parking isn’t guaranteed, then I had to remind them my parking was supposed to be included so I did t get charged.”

“Rooms are spacious and clean with full amenities and fixture. The balcony allows us to take in the views and fresh air. The staffs are responsive and helpful from booking to check in with our request and questions. We are very pleased with our stay.”

“The hotel could easily pass for a motel and the pictures shared on their online page were much better than what you experience physically on ground. Their breakfast was horrible and not in the best shape. The swimming pool was also non-functional and the ambience needs to be kept cleaner and tidier. The amount charged for the facility is way too expensive for what they offer.”
