Nestled in a Beautiful Natural setting near Unique Coastal Bluffs
Ride our bikes to Huntington or Newport Beach for a fun beach day. Great proximity and easy ride to HB State Park Concerts, Pacific CIty and pier. And Newport Beach Pier and restaurants. Bikes available rent.
Enjoy this newly remodeled Luxury 2 bdrm, 2.5 bath condo in a natural park like setting near the beach. You have the entire end unit home to yourselves up and downstairs with no one above you. It's a nice quiet area with tranquil grounds right outside your doors. You can walk/jog and explore the nature preserve habitat of this area or you can walk/bike the River trail to the beach. Your getaway away from the hustle and bustle of the beach community, yet close enough to enjoy the beach atmosphere and beach breezes on your terms.. New A/C Air conditioning for the late summer heat was added last year!.
You have 20 miles of beachfront bike paths to explore along the Gold Coast of Orange County. Return home to your community heated Pool and Jacuzzi in your private canyon getaway. BBQ at your complex pool area or in the privacy of your patio and enjoy your home away from home.
This condo comes with it all including all-new cooks kitchen and newly remodeled bathrooms. The Master Bedroom is large with a South Pacific theme. The 2nd bedroom is smaller with a beautiful modern silver/grey bedroom design. Both bedrooms are upstairs with their own bathrooms and the master has smart TV. Plus there is a half bath downstairs. The downstairs living room has large TV and fireplace for ambiance in the winter.
We provide beach chairs, bikes, beach umbrellas, coolers, and all you need to relax. It's a short drive to upscale Newport Beach shopping at Fashion Island and close to the eclectic westside stores of Costa Mesa. Newport Harbor is nearby for paddleboard, kayaking, boating, and restaurants. Tons of places to rent all you need for watersports. Newport and Huntington Beaches are a short drive to park at Beach Parking. Downtown Huntington is a great place to spend a day exploring or go to Tuesday night Farmers Market and Taco Tuesday. Mariners Mile and world-class restaurants are only minutes away from your doorstep!
VACATION HOSTESS: You will have a vacation hostess during your stay for any questions about the property or about the area. We enjoy helping others find their way around and making recommendations to our favorite restaurants and lots of fun things to do.
Our property is immaculately kept, well maintained, very clean, and allergen-free. Our back gate and front door now have ring door bells which have video recordings for your protection.
All renters must sign rental agreement, provide ID and be over the age of 25.

Great Vacation Stay
We stayed at this place for 10 days for our recent trip to Newport Beach. We really enjoyed many of the things about this place; quiet area, great walking paths, swiming pool and hot-tub area, fully stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, and great hosts. We would definately recommend this place and would stay here in the future when we come back. Thanks for the great stay!

Quiet, comfortable oasis in Newport
Our family loved our stay at this comfortable place. It is in a great location and close to so many things in the Newport Beach area. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with so many thoughtful things. We will definitely stay again next time we visit family in the area.

Nice, clean, comfortable condo
This condo was very nice, clean and comfortable in a quiet location. The manager/owner and local contact were very pleasant and easy to deal with. The only negatives? The location was a bit too far from all of the beaches and nice parts of Newport Beach (Costa Mesa is definitely not Newport Beach). Also, the one problem was the parking.The covered space attached to the condo is tiny. You cannot comfortably park there or get out of your car if you have a car larger than a compact.

Beautiful, clean, fully stocked vacation home in lovely and convenient area of Newport Beach. Right next to nature preserve for outdoor pleasure, and close to Newport and Huntington Beaches. Hosts are wonderful and it’s a very comfortable place to stay. Would definitely return when in the area.

What a great place!!
What a great place. It was in an ideal location to everything we had planned for the weekend (OC Fair and Beach) and close to the pool. It was clean and oh so comfortable for all of us. I/we can't say enough good things about this place. If we get the chance, we of course will be back. Highly recommend.

The condo is beautiful and clean, very comfortable and slept great. Great amenities, and host interaction and communication top notch. Walk (40min) or bike (20min) to the north part of Newport Beach. Quiet neighborhood, weather was perfect.

A very nice, homey, clean stay in a cute area with lots of walking trails nearby and beautiful nature. It was peaceful and quiet. Had everything we needed in the kitchen without any clutter. The nightstands had outlets right on the lamps. Prepared hosts in many ways, which we appreciate. Would stay again!

Quaint house and great location
The house was in a great location. It was near everything but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean inside and had everything we needed. The hostess and team were very communicative and alerted us of a few things that needed to be fixed that they were already coordinating. It was not a big deal to us and appreciated to heads up. We stayed here in February 2023 and had a wonderful time. Karen and hostess Lauren were very proactive about communicating and everything was ready for us when we arrived. The pool was fantastic and location ideal for heading to the beach and day trips to theme parks. The temperature was tricky to regulate during the colder days but we sorted it out eventually. The kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here!

A fine condo! And good value.
We had an excellent stay in a well-equipped, well-stocked, up-to-date, comfortable condo. Our nearby host checked us in seamlessly and was always available via text for quick questions, and a minor issue during our week. Perfect coolish weather for outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi, a 5 minute walk. The condo complex (200+ units) is surrounded by and integrated into natural areas which is a big plus. It is not an end unit, however, and inside, you don’t feel particularly close to the outdoors. Picture of patio suggests a bigger area than it is (Gas BBQ was great to have for sirloins from The Butchery). Lots of conveniences within a short drive. Two-mile lovely walk or bike to the beach. Thanks to our owner and host!

Beautiful, comforts of home!
When we first walked into this lovely townhouse we both exclaimed…awwww, this is beautiful! Every little detail for guests was within each room. We felt like this was our very own home away from home! We rented the bikes for a beautiful ride from the unit down to the Huntington Beach pier. Each night we’d open up the windows upstairs to enjoy the lovely ocean breeze throughout the night. The property is located in peaceful and very quiet environment. The location was also perfect for us to go to Huntington Beach, Laguna Beach, Laguna Niguel, and down to Balboa Island each night for a Balboa Bar ice cream and a sunset walk around the island, or going to HB to watch the sunset along the shore. I’m hesitant to say much more for fear it won’t be available for us next year and every time we visit Newport Beach to visit our family.

Perfect house and location!
Our family of four ( 2 teens) thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect and stocked with everything you could need! Location was great- quick ride to both Newport Beach and Huntington Beach and only an hour into LA! Lauren was there to meet us and very responsive when we had questions! Would definitely stay here again!
