"Para empezar...soy platinum member de expedia desde hace mas de 10 años... No visiten este hotel! No sirve el telefono No sirve el clima.estamos a 38 grados.. No me cambiaron de cuarto. El " gerente" vino a checar el clima y segun ya estaba trabajando... Una toalla nada mas. Y una botellita de agua... Orizaba tiene muchas otras opciones...lamento que este hotel este tan mal...."

"I really liked my room. There was a large sofa with a sitting area but the bed was huge and REALLY comfortable. Location was perfect and the staff went above and beyond and helped me get to the biosphere reserve 🌵 (why I came to Tehuacan) I extended my stay here a day and will stay here again whenever I come back. "

"Price charged was different when checking in. Room was completely different had only 1 window in the hallway that you could not leave open for safety. The room has a ceiling fan but you could hardly feel any breeze. Sheets are winter sheets very uncomfortable and hot. Room was very hot. No hot water. Would not stay here again."

Quite and relaxing stay

"Very friendly and accomodating staff. Beautiful colonial building with restaurant and bar in premises. Walking distance of main square downtown, and cathedral. Elevator. A/C. Alfredo part of the reception team was extremely helpful and welcoming, very knowledgeable about Tehuacan. The only negative point was that any room has in bathroom/shower handicap support rails! I recommended. I'll definitely be back. "
