Self-check but the staff are very laid-back :) Many times there is no one at the lobby to serve. Coffee machine is shut down in the lobby. Sparkling water is just normal still water. Overall a very pleasant stay, conveniently located in the center of Den Haag and close to all kinds of shops. The apartment was cozy and quiet, staff was also quite friendly. The only minor complaint is that check-in time is at 4PM which is much later than most other accommodations.
