Enjoy unforgettable holiday days in this cosy holiday apartment for up to four people, nestled in a typical Mediterranean landscape. The apartment offers a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, a modern bathroom and an open living area with kitchen and dining area. Two sofa beds extend the sleeping options, ideal for families or small groups. On the covered balcony, you can enjoy the view of the greenery or partially of the sea and take your meals in peace outdoors. Air conditioning, WiFi and satellite TV provide additional comfort, while pets are welcome by arrangement. The use of the communal washing machine is possible for a small fee.   
  
The holiday apartment is part of a newly built villa with a lovingly maintained garden, pool, sun terrace, sunbathing lawn and children's playground. Only about 400 metres separate you from the sandy beach, where swimming, sunbathing and water sports provide variety. Restaurants, cafés and shopping opportunities can be reached conveniently on foot, so you will hardly need your car during your stay. For active guests, the surrounding area offers numerous leisure activities: boat trips, cycling, hiking, diving and much more are waiting to be discovered.
