Completely renovated and impeccably furnished house 1 mile from OU! Located in a cul-de-sac in the heart of Norman, this home offers everything you want for a SEC game weekend, campus visit or extended stay close to campus corner.

The primary bedroom has a king sized bed, a 55” smart TV and plenty of room to stretch out. The second bedroom has a full sized bed and the third bedroom is furnished with two twin sized beds.

The living room has ample seating, a 55” smart TV, and a desk for your workspace. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped for your stay!

There’s also a cozy front porch and full sized back yard with a comfortable outdoor sectional to relax.

Charming Cottage!
We enjoyed our stay for Parent's Weekend! This charming home is extremely clean and seems newly remodeled. It was so nice to find bottled water in the refrigerator when we arrived! We look forward to staying again.

Great Property; Close to Campus
Tracy has a wonderful property that appears to be recently remodeled. The house stocked with all of the essential amenities. It is also located on a quite cul-de-sac that is central to almost anywhere in Norman. The home is also just about 1 mile from the OU campus, making it the perfect property for anyone in town for game day! The home was thoughtfully furnished with Starbucks coffee, bottled water and toiletries. Tracy was a phenomenal host, always quick to respond if we had questions. We stay in several short-term rentals each year and this was by far, one of the best experiences we have had of any Vrbo property.

Perfect Rental for Family and Friends
Family of 6 in town for OU weekend! Rental was adorable and immaculate. Perfectly decorated inside and out and had everything we needed and more. The host even left special treats for us! Great location to campus, stores, and dining out. Owner was easily available and attended to our every need. She even paid to deliver an extra item I suggested the newly listed rental could use! Would highly recommend again and plan to be back soon.
