Three bedrooms (2 with queen size beds, and one with a triple bunk bed and 1 single bed, sleeps 8 people)
One bathroom – toilet separate to shower / bathroom with vanity

The kitchen has cooking equipment, tableware and cutlery and condiments available. Wifi available
Split system air conditioner
Undercover deck, BBQ and fully fenced backyard and an outdoor shower
Quiet location on a corner block on a no thru road – Walking distance to the shops and the main street, and a 15 minute walk to the beach or 5 minute drive
No smoking.

Please note that you will need to provide your own linen (sheets, pillow cases, towels, face washer, etc) with quilts / blankets and pillows supplied at the house. Please leave the house clean and tidy (cleaning equipment is available at the house if required during your stay) and there is also a CLEANING FEE for all bookings

The beachside town of Normanville lies 78km south of Adelaide and is easily accessed via the Southern Express Way or via Main South Road.
Normanville has a beautiful beach and a jetty. There are good bike riding tracks, and you can play golf or go horse riding at High Country Trails. The township has a Foodland supermarket (open 7 days), pub, cafes, numerous take away shops, bakery and chemist.

Family getaway
This is as advertised. Located in a nice quiet area. A quick walk into Normanville. Plenty of pots, pans etc if you were looking to cook meals rather than eat out. Beds were super comfy. Overall really impressed with this place and would definitely stay here again.

Conveniently located a few kms out from Normanville centre. The House was nicely decorated. We were impressed it had a waterr filter at the kitchen sink, and the beds comfy. Security entry and exit very convenient and user friendly

Holiday house at Normanville.
A quite modern and neat house, with good TV and a modern kitchen. We had interesting walks, played golf nearby and only a 5 min drive to the beach. All very relaxing . I will definitely recommend this house.
