I’m also recovering from surgery and needed ADA accommodations, so this could have been a difficult experience — but the staff made it so much easier for us. “We were very pleasantly surprised at how lovely our stay was. The staff were friendly and abundant, always trying to be helpful. Seriously, everyone was so nice! There was one young staffer, who was pretty stern with the rule of putting in your room service order the night before strictly before 9 PM, as we tried to put our order in it 9:04 PM and it was too late. So just be sure that you put your order in the night before on time! We were still able to call in our order in the morning and it……

“This wasn't the first time we stayed here, but this stay was just as wonderful as the few times prior! Staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. I work late nights and a couple times after I was finished, I went down to the lobby to get some coffee and enjoyed having a conversation or two with Stevie, the gentleman who works the front desk. The free breakfast was absolutely delicious! Quite unique to this property, they also have an evening cocktail and supper hour for all the guests to enjoy……
