There was one young staffer, who was pretty stern with the rule of putting in your room service order the night before strictly before 9 PM, as we tried to put our order in it 9:04 PM and it was too late. “The breakfast prep person is what makes the breakfast work. She keeps the food freshly turned around so there is plenty of everything and she makes sure that the coffee is hot and fresh. Also keeps the guest in line to put their dishes away. A hard job well done, especially for being able to get the stuff ready for 6am”
