Justin was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is my new go-to hotel for the Winter Park area. Convenient access to all the local areas, cabriolet lift, and a short drive away from the Fraser and Rendezvous communities, where they have fantastic recreation areas and some wonderful coffee shops. If you're willing to drive up to an hour or hour and a half from this spot, you'll find lots to do in any direction. From visiting trolls in Breckenridge to relaxing in the Hot Sulfur Springs Spa, or staying local and visiting a skate park or bike trail or going fishing in the local managed ponds, there is no shortage of activities for all ages.

There was absolutely no communication with anyone. I messaged many times with different questions or when the TV wasnt working. They never answered once. We had booked a 2 night stay but ended up leaving after the first night. This was my first experience with a host that ignores you. Good luck!
