"Our room was clean and spacious!! Hotel was also very clean and kept well inside and out. Nice breakfast area and good food selection. Stacy checked us out in the morning and she was very pleasant!! Location was great, within walking distance of restaurants and stores."

"I was told when I checked in that they needed my card and I must pay extra for a fridge and a microwave.....it stated online that those were included in the room.....why did they need me to pay more.....? Plus they charged me a $50 deposit and It did not state that was a thing online either. I have been trying to reach them because all of my things are at the property and I had to leave for an emergency and I need to collect my clothing and bags left and I need to ensure they did not discard and did not charge my card because I also gave them $100 cash on Friday morning to cover the weekend, just in case. "

"Very fancy, staff was very polite and helpful, waffle lady drew a smiley face on my waffle with whipped cream, I think her name was Maria , front desk man gave us a map and highlighted our room and amenities. Very good, thank you"

"It was a peaceful stay as the police is next door. However the cleanliness was lack luster at best crumbs in the sofa bed, carpets never been shampooed, walls & fixtures have never been wiped, not to mention staff visible but on phones often times never acknowledging customers. Should have cx stay upon 1st interaction but luckily it was peaceful & I carry my lysol arisol & cleaning spray. Never tried breakfast. Too dirty & bad customer service so, will never stay again."
