“Very very disappointed. We had booked one of the more expensive top floor rooms for our wedding anniversary. We live locally but thought we would make a night of it, check out the hotel, have drinks and a meal on the rooftop etc. I had paid the extra for a late cancellation. My husband is in remission from stage 4 lung cancer (not to be fair they knew that) and very unexpectedly the afternoon we were meant to check in he felt unwell and ended up overnight on ICU. “It was a wonderful experience at Maleny Terrace Cottages. Sarah was so friendly and helpful when we thought we would be checking in after hours. We ended up making it in before the office was closed and she helped us figure out which restaurants were open close by. The Thai restaurant that is just 2 driveways away was actually fantastic! There were end chocolates in the room as a welcome treat along with some bottled spring water. We was raining pretty hard so we didn’t get to see the view or……

“Check in was fast and professional. Parking under ground was explained well. The room was immaculate and cleaned over my expectations. All appliances were new and in exceptional condition.
