This inviting 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo sits on the first floor of Building 12, facing peaceful 3rd Avenue North and just a short walk from the beach. With plenty of space, a relaxed coastal style, and all the comforts of home, this updated beach retreat is perfect for families or groups looking for a laid-back seaside vacation.

• Bedroom 2: Two twin beds and TV

Great Location, Needs Update

Was great except for the Hot Tub being closed at 5pm instead of the posted 10pm, and there were dead roaches and an empty container of lube under the bed...
